Steps to Use Enema Kit and Douche Can

Step 1Take the pot and assemble its parts as shown in image. | Step 2Wash it with plain water 2 to 3 times, tighten its clamp to stop the flow of water and then fill it with 200 to 400ml of clean lukewarm water. | Step 3Apply a few drops of natural coconut or olive oil on the tip of the nozzle to lubricate it. | Step 4Place the filled pot on a shelf or hand it on a wall (its level should be higher than your waist). |

Step 5Sit on the western or Indian toilet seat and bend forward by moving your head downwards and your chest towards your thighs. Gently insert the nozzle tip in upto about 2 inches using your right hand. | Step 6Now hold the nozzle in place with your left hand & loosen the clamp with the right hand to allow water to flow into your intestines. (Hand positions mentioned here are in reference to right-hand dominance. if someone is left-handed, then can reverse the hand positions as per convenience). | Step 7Hold the water inside your intestine and keep walking for about 5 to 10 minutes while massaging your stomach in clockwise & anticlockwise directions. This will encourage the waste stuck to the walls of your intestine to leave its place. | Step 8When you feel a strong urge to excrete, sit on the toilet seat & allow your system to flush out the toxins from your body. You will feel so clean & light after getting rid of this undigested waste. |
